Scumbags like this need to be blacklisted at the least

I am a computer repair business in Maui HI. This guy called me and said his computer was crashing on a regular basis. He brought it to me and I discovered that it was overheating due to a dirty heatsink inside the machine. I completely disassembled the machine and cleaned it. It then ran fine.
